Thanks all for your kind words. The Mother is glad she isn’t the only person who has grabbed a mad cat and wondered why she got bitten! Her hand is fine now. Just two spots where Avery’s teeth went in.

Our mom has been through the same thing…several times! The one that came before us, Scooter, use to get really mad if he saw another cat in his yard…and a couple of times he took his anger out on mom! She has been to the emergency room more than once! She never had to stay at the hospital…but the doctors told her to never never never ignore a cat bite and make sure to get proper treatment.

We hope your mom is doing okay.
